If you are flying from/to Berlin taking the Camunda flight, People Experience will take care of your booking. BUT you will have to check in on your own when arriving at BER airport and you will get your boarding pass there.

All other travel arrangements (flying from the US or elsewhere, staying in Croatia and flying back later, arriving earlier to Croatia, …) need to be made by you and can then be reimbursed via Spendesk/Expensify.

If you book your own flights, please make sure that you book fully refundable flights. We expect the retreat to go ahead, but due to Corona things can always change last minute.
