Planning to Attend?
Please read the FULL Retreat website before proceeding to book your travel & fill out the attendance form.
STEP-BY-STEP ATTENDANCE CHECKLIST:
☑️ Step 1: Read the full Retreat website, including the FAQ page.
☑️ Step 2: Wait for our travel agent to email you. Further Details HERE.
☑️ Step 3: Book your travel directly with our travel agent. Further Details HERE.
☑️ Step 4: Use the password they provide you with to fill out the attendance form. Your travel MUST be booked before filling out the form.
☑️ Step 5: Make sure you’ve joined #retreat-announcements on Slack and keep an eye out for any further updates from Iggy.

Before booking, please make sure you are aware of what travel costs are covered by Camunda and which items are to be covered personally.
If you are unsure of your attendance, e.g. you want to attend but don’t yet know if you will be available to attend, you should go ahead and BOOK with our travel agent. You will be able to cancel your attendance at any time, free of charge. Please make sure you flag with the travel agent that bookings should be refundable. Not able to Attend?
STEP-BY-STEP CHECKLIST:
☑️ Step 1: Wait for our travel agent to email you.
☑️ Step 2: Let them know you will not be attending.
☑️ Step 3: Use the password they provide you with to fill out the attendance form, stating that you will not be attending.
Deadline
The deadline to book travel and fill out the attendance form for Camundi that joined Camunda prior to Feb 15, was Feb 29.
Any new Camundi starting after Feb 29 can find out more below.
Can’t remember if you’ve submitted your attendance? Once you have submitted your form, a copy will be sent to your email. You can find it again by searching for the email subject ‘You have filled out the 2024 Retreat – Attendance Form’ in your email inbox.
New Camundi Registration
Any Camundi joining the company after Feb 29, will still be able to join the Company Retreat!
New Camundi will be reached out to, via their company email, soon after their start date.
If you have started and are yet to receive an email from Travel Counsellors, please reach out to Eve via Slack.

Cancellation of Attendance
No longer able to attend the Retreat? Cancelling your attendance is easy.
- Please reach out to Eve on Slack to share that you will no longer be attending.
- Eve will confirm the cancellation of your attendance and flag this with finance and our travel agency.
- Finance will reach out to you to provide any further details on how best to return any travel-related costs to the company, if needed.
You can confirm if Camundi who are soon to leave the company are still eligible to join the Retreat HERE.
