Workshops
For 2024, we’re shifting our Retreat focus. We’ll no longer be hosting skills-based workshops and instead taking the time to connect as a company, departments, and cross-functionally with business-focused workshops.
You’ll get more details on these workshops, which are to be hosted on days 2 & 3, soon!
Activities

Each day of the Retreat, you will have lots of wonderful time to take advantage of. Please note that the time is yours to decide what to do with it! There are no expectations set. Soon you’ll be able to read below about what activity options you have available to you:
Planned activities
Each day your Events team will be putting on a full host of activities! The agenda is yet to be announced but get a taste of what to expect below:
- Kayak & SUP tours
- Sandcastle building competitions
- Yoga class
- Trapeze lessons

- Tennis & Pickleball
Free time
Enjoy your afternoon how you like! The resort has four swimming pools, its own private beach and equipment such as kayaks & SUPs, pickle ball & tennis courts, a mini football pitch, foosball & pool tables, and more.
Additional equipment for activities (footballs, pickleball/tennis rackets etc.) will be provided on-site.
Team Building Excursions
The morning of day 4 will be given to People Managers wanting to book team-building excursions. People Managers will be reached out to directly, closer to the Retreat, to book this.
